Or, it would be a nice day for getting married at a medieval-themed burger chain if some guy wasn’t MURDERING the Billy Idol song “White Wedding” in the background. I mean, get married in a fast food joint if that’s your thing, but leave Billy Idol alone!

We interrupt your regularly scheduled vintage wedding photos to take you on a stroll down The Cheezburger Network’s wedding memory lane! We hope this disproves any rumors that we’re all robots here once and for all (except me, of course. I’m a robot.).
Above is John and Ursula, the parents of Not-So-Handy-Andy from There I Fixed It! They were married in South Africa in 1983.
Check out the rest after the jump!
Account Manager Valerie’s parents Bart and Betty were married on August 31, 1980 and have been married for 31 years! Love the tux, Bart!
Reporter Ingo’s parents Noreen and John were married in 1968! How cute are their matching flowers?
Video team member Brad’s father Gary is looking chic in his plum suit next to Brad’s lovely mom Pam!
And last but not least, my parents Jeanne and Robert, who were married in 1976. Dad lost the mustache along the way during their 35-years-and-counting marriage, however. Pity!
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season with your families! Keep those retro photos coming!

Remember this post about a mother-in-law who sent a scathing email to her stepson’s fiancee about her poor manners?
Well, the two got married and the bride arrived at the church flanked by bodyguards and wearing… a parasol? To ensure nobody on the outside got a glimpse of her. Hmm. At this point, with the bride acting like The-Kardashians-meet-Howard-Hughes on her wedding day, I think stepmom might be a little justified in having reservations about her. Talk about a celebrity complex. Not surprisingly, stepmom and the groom’s father were not invited.
Oh well, why should I complain? Keep on getting bizarre (or cool) marriages, folks. Wedinator thanks you. Read the rest of the story here.
